Greenheart Ibiza's staff bring to the organisation a wide range of talents: ecologists, natural builders, permaculture teachers, farm and garden experts, web designers, translators, human resources & public relations specialists, artists, musicians and more.
The majority of Greenheart Ibiza’s onsite staff are unpaid volunteers, who exchange their time and energy for food and accommodation. Working as closely as possible with the local community and authorities, leveraging the high international profile of Ibiza, Greenheart Ibiza aims to develop a horizontal, non-pyramidal network of human resources.
The skills and expertise of the members of our network are valued and used in the most productive and mutually rewarding way: participants are encouraged to undertake the tasks they feel most at ease with, and work on projects where they best utilise their skills and experience. This is a symbiotic relationship which demonstrates that alternative, non-intensive methods of production are possible within our expanding international network of professionals.
